Here goes....when I'm on the internet, I can surf around to all pages without any problems except when I go to secure sites (i.e, my banking page or if I'm shopping online, when I click to "check-out" or logon to an https page, all I get is "Page cannot be Found"). What's strange is, previously (about three weeks ago) I didn't have this problem at all. I could sign on to all secure pages with no problem. Then the computer was off for about a week and then one morning I went to jump online to do some banking and that's when I got the "Page cannot be Displayed or Found" message when I went to logon to the secure page. Now, I've had 3 other "techs" tell me that they don't know what the problem is and that it must be my computer. We went through all the steps, and there is no firewall or anti-virus currently on the computer (which I don't like by the way). This is the first time I've had internet through cable. It was always through the phone company before (DSL). I've never encountered so many problems as I have with this service. So, after all that, what the heck happened? I thought maybe my ISP did something but they claim they haven't. How come one day it all works, and then the next day it doesn't???? Any direction you could provide would be most appreciated!!!
Thanks!

Answer:It could be a pretty rutein issue, we have tech support people available by appointment to walk you through the repair over the phone. It's much to involved to type an answer however.
